September 22, 2023Velocis, along with Sumitomo Corp. and KBC Advisors have broken ground on a $40M Summit at Surprise, a 245KSF spec industrial facility in Surprise. Deutsch Architecture Group is the Architect and FCL Builders is the General Contractor. The project is expected to wrap up in about a year.
