Hunter Kline

Hunter Kline is an Analyst at Velocis, where he supports the firm’s Real Estate Secondaries strategy through data aggregation, portfolio analysis, quarterly reporting, and AI integration. He assists with financial modeling and performance analysis across the firm’s global real estate secondary investments. Prior to joining Velocis, Kline gained experience through internships with Mercury Vote, Morgan Stanley, and Royalty Revenue Interest Capital. His background includes developing automated data pipelines, analyzing investment data, and supporting portfolio and client analysis initiatives.

Kline holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science with a concentration in Data Science from Cornell University.
