Jim Yoder

Jim Yoder brings more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience spanning leasing, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, fundraising, business development, due diligence, and market intelligence. At Velocis, Yoder serves on the Investment Committee and leads the investor relations team, overseeing capital formation and fundraising efforts for the firm. Before co-founding Velocis, Yoder was a Managing Director at JLL and served as Market Director for the firm’s Dallas office. Prior to JLL, he was a Principal at Trammell Crow Company, where he held the leadership role for both the Office Buildings Group and the Corporate Advisory Services divisions. In these key roles, he oversaw leasing, property management, investment sales, and tenant representation. Earlier in his career, Yoder served as a Vice President at Cousins Properties and as Regional Leasing Manager at Tower Realty Management Corporation, a subsidiary of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation.

Yoder holds a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
