Michael Gresham, CFA

Michael Gresham is a Principal at Velocis, where he is responsible for assisting management with all capital market and portfolio management activities across various strategies and investment vehicles within Velocis. Prior to joining Velocis, Gresham earned his Professional Engineering license while working as a structural engineer in Dallas with a primary focus on the design of higher education, municipal, and healthcare construction projects throughout Texas. He is a CFA charterholder and an Associate Board Member of the SMU Folsom Institute for Real Estate.
