Velocis Exchange Fully Subscribes $11.3M Virginia Build-to-Rent DST
August 14, 2026Velocis Exchange has fully subscribed its second Delaware statutory trust offering, an $11.3 million equity raise for Velocis Maple Grove BTR DST, a build-to-rent community outside Richmond, Va., the company said. The raise closed Aug. 6, roughly 11 months after AltsWire reported the DST’s launch in September 2025.
